Rachele leads operations at Alongside, helping turn strategy into practical plans and solutions. A member of the strategic planning team, she works across departments to move priorities forward and improve day-to-day operations.
Rachele joined Alongside as a project manager in 2022 after more than a decade working in operations and technology, including as operations director for a classical public radio station. Since then, she has led major improvements to systems and operations across Alongside. She has modernized technology, strengthened information security, and improved hiring and onboarding practices. She also led the implementation of new accounting and HR systems and helped shape policies through an equity lens.
Building systems that last is central to Rachele’s approach. She focuses on equitable, user-friendly solutions to everyday challenges. By creating a strong foundation behind the scenes, she helps staff stay focused on Alongside’s mission and the people it serves.
