Nick brings people, programs, and technology together to create tools that help mission-driven organizations better serve their communities.
He joined Alongside as director of digital products in 2026. Nick manages the organization’s product development roadmap and team and oversees the digital systems behind AdoptUSKids.
Previously, Nick served as chief technology officer at Community Investment Corporation. There, he led development of a platform that distributed $65 million in emergency pandemic assistance and helped prevent evictions. The program helped more than 30,000 people stay in their homes.
Earlier in his career, Nick worked as a translator, researcher, and educator on border and immigration issues in the US-Mexico border region. He earned a degree in physics from Lewis & Clark College.
Nick believes technology works best when it starts with people and what they need. He values working with a bright, dedicated team to better serve youth, families, and child welfare professionals.
