Chelsea joined Alongside as chief financial officer in 2018 and oversees budgeting, cash flow, grants management, payroll, audits, and accounting staff.
She brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on nonprofits and government contracting. She has introduced new methods and tools that help managers plan and budget more effectively. She also works to make the accounting department a helpful, responsive resource for program staff.
She holds a master of business administration from the University of South Florida.
Chelsea values knowing that the work accounting contributes behind the scenes supports her colleagues and, ultimately, the children and families they serve.
